Yes on your ipod you should have an app called Cydia, On Cydia search winterboard and download it.

You have to restart when installing Winterboard it will ask you to reboot, Reboot it. Its not a drama just have your iPhone connected to your pc/mac and run blackra1n again, You wont lose any of your apps or settings. The iphone will be stuck in restore mode (picture of a usb plug and iTunes will be on the screen) until you run blackra1n again.

I use winterboard all the time and have had no problems.
