You dont need to add the modmyi source as all the latest cydia installs will add it for you, well as long as you have a relatively new JB (Blackrain circa.) Or you keep cydia upto date.
You should just be able to install MIM by searching for it on cydia.

I do agree that is a nice winterboard theme Zellis.
