Can it jailbreak a 3.1.3 iPod Touch 3G MC model iPod?

Question for you? Blackra1n will only work for un-locking iphones on AT&T correct or will it unlock it for t-mobliel as well?

Well, if you are using T-Mobile I am guessing your iPhone is all ready unlocked - if it is not what you can do is use blackrain just to jailbrake your iPhone and than using Cydia Search > RedSnow witch you should be able to jailbrake. Pleas take notice, that you can only jailbrake 3.1.2 or lower - I am working on right now, to see if I am going to be able to jailbrake my iPhone 3G[S] MC Model

BlackRain can only jailbrake 3.1.2 or lower. I am sure there is a bunch o tutorials out there on how to jailbrake 3.1.3 - Right now, I am also trying to jailbrake my iPhone 3G[S] MC Model, if I can get it working I will post tutorial.

Yes, I have two iphones that are already jailbroken.. but i want to find a way to do it on windows and not on a MAC because i don't own a MAC.

Pwnage tool is the only way that i know of at this time, but I always have to go to my friends house to use the MAC to do my Jailbreaks for friends.

Let me know if you know of a way..
