Swipe your Finger across the Status bar at the top of your screen. Click exit safe mode.

If that doesnt work, im afraid your going to have to restore

safemode eh? idk how to help u out havent ever had it on lol.

u mean u got sadiphone, and it went into safemode? if u r getting sadiphone , this is caused because something is crashing ur springboard because it did not install properly and cannont function properly. Try remember the last thing u installed of cydia before this happend and either remove is or reinstall it, once done, exit safemode and it should work.
If u iphone is just in safe mode then click on the bar at there top were the time is usually located and it should ask to respring.

yea i rembember what it was- iTyprFastR. i tried to remove it earlier today but then it got stuck with the rotating symbol on cydia.

And now it stopped after the battery died last night and still won't get out of safe mode A.K.A sad iPhone, and mobile substrate
