If you install the other version called "Install0us" from the SiNfuL iPhone repo (You must login or register to view this content.) then it won't detect installous because they change the "o" to a zero... I just had the same problem and fixed it. The only difference is the "Install0us" app doesn't have the home page set... when you open it, click the settings button and change the home page to "www.apptrackr.org" and it will work just as the other installous did...
