Then, you need to Open Installous And Search For Mafia Wars Reward Points and then download
the highest one (I think its 500) once downloaded you need to go on the app
then once it’s loaded you need to go back to the home page and press on the
proper Mafia Wars (not the 500 points one) and then do a job, when you run out
of energy just go use 10 reward points for full energy. Then one
you run out of reward points just download it again.

Yeah Same Here, but I've got a problem it wont let me download the 500 reward points again, got any ideas why ?

i download it through installous.
once it's there, i don't delete the file that is in installous.
i run the app that's on my springboard to get the points, and then delete the app on the sb. i then go back to installous and install it again. i continue doing the same thing over and over again to get more points.

lol im level 9000 i jest use ifiles and edit all my stats and they stick
