Open up your web browser:
go to You must login or register to view this content.
Download which ever one apply's too you
wait for that to download:
Once done locate it and move it too your desktop
Open it up
Plug your iPod in now.
Once itunes pops up close it, just annoys you :L
Pretend i plugged mine in, (already jailbroken so yar)
the bit where it says "PLease connect device" will change to
"Ready: *Then your ipod version ect*"
Hit the Jailbreak button
this will restart your ipod and it will boot up then have a weird screen
with a loading bar in the middle...
Wait for it to go finish can take up to 5minutes.
Once it is done you ipod will seem the same...
Go to the far right of your ipod apps, you should see an app called Cydia.
Open it
let it load up then go to "Manage-Sources-edit-add"
then add these ones (one after eachother/seperately)

go on to the hackulo one and download the following stuff
AppSync
Hackulous Security
Installous
Source GUI
AppSync and Installous Gives you Free aps, I prefer Installous.
Source GUI and Hackulous Security aren't needed, but i like them :L
Once you have downloaded whatever you wanted.
Go to your homepage, look for an app called Installous, open it
select your category
choose a app you want
choose where you want to download it from (I prefer Appscene)
Download it, Leave Installous Open while you are doing this..otherwise downloads will fail.
Unplug your ipod from the computer close Spirit.
Your Ipod should be Jailbroken Correctly working away, i will make more tutorials soon thanks

What is a Jailbreak?
Jailbreaking is a process that allows iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch users to run any code on their devices, as opposed to only that code authorized by Apple. Once jailbroken, iPhone users are able to download many applications previously unavailable through the App Store via unofficial installers such as Cydia, as well as illegally Pirated apps. A jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch is still able to use and update apps downloaded and purchased from Apple's official App Store.
Is it illegal?
Hacking the iPod Touch is not illegal. While Apple would like to make you think it is illegal, it is not, and it is impossible to get in any legal trouble for hacking it. You and Apple made an exchange. You gave Apple $400 and they gave you an iPod. It is officially yours and you can do whatever you want with it.
It is illegal to post copyrighted code, such as the operating system of the iPod Touch and the iPhone, on the Internet. But you won't be doing that if you choose to hack your device.
