If I remember correctly, on your iphone you click the picture and hold until it says save image to your iphone or you can just import them with itunes :p

I have personally used the cracked screen one but it was a little different. You took a screenshot of your springboard and put it in this app and when you touched the screen it came up with a picture of a broken lcd. Definately good to do to your mom or someone just after you get the iPhone/iPod touch.

I love these as alot of people believe that they are real, and they broke your iPod.
