(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey everyone, well I just bought the I am T-Pain app on my 8g Ipod touch, I know it dosen't have a built in mic, so I put in my headset that has a mic that I use to talk to people on ventrillo with, but it still says I have no mic, can anyone help me with this problem??

what kind of mic is it?
like a full on gaming headset or just headphones?

It is a headset with an imput for sound, and an imput for voice, I would plug in both on my computer to talk to people on ventrillo, so I guess a gaming mic?

You will need to buy the offical Ipod earphones which have the mic attachment on you will get one when you purchase an iphone or you will have to buy them.

Aww if I have to go out and spend $10 on headphones I think I would rather just loose the $2.99 I spent on the app rather than spend another $10. =( well thanks anyways

Mics usually don't work on Itouch. You should get your ipod jailbroken and get all the free apps you want.

I have this cheap mic from a gay trac phone that i bought for prank calls.... It had a mic but the little thing was too small so i just got the adapter from a jupiter jack...

I have a 3 year warenty on my ipod and if I jailbrake my ipod if anything goes wroung I can't get my ipod fixed.
