Hey everyone, well I just got my ipod touch a few days ago and I love it. I found some great workout apps that are really good and they keep you on track.
First: Crunchfu: Crunchfu is an app that is designed for crunches. Now you may be saying to yourself "I can do crunches easily and don't have to pay for an app to do it". Yes that is true but crunchfu tracks your motion that you do your crunches and tells you how fast to go and how to do them. If crunches are boring, well you get a voice that tells you how many you have done and if you do them wroung the voice will tell you to slow down, I use the voice "Sarge" and that voice is basically the voice of a drill sargent. You can also compete against other people to see who does the most crunches so it keeps you interested in doing crunches!
Second: Pushupfu: Pushup fu is an app that is made for push ups. You can get an armstrap for it or you can just put it on your back and it will keep track of the motion. If you don't go down far enough it will tell you you only did half a pushup and won't count it. You can also compete with other people who have this app.
Third: Pullupfu: Same concept as the last 2 apps but it is for pullups and it will tell you if you are doing them right, but you need an armband to keep it on your arm so it can track how well you are doing them.
Fourth: Squatfu: This app is for squats, you can just keep it in your hand and do squats you have to keep your arms out infront of you and it will tell you if you are doing them right and as the last 3 apps you get the voice of either "Sarge" "Missy" or "Fubot". You can compete in this app as well.
All these apps are $.99 so it is well worth the money for theses apps!
