follow these steps if an error message pops up saying something like make new account in sandbox.

1. Uninstall appsync from cydia.
2. Uninstall boxcar if you have it.
3. Reboot your device.
4. Reinstall boxcar from the app store.
5. Reinstall appsync (optional).
6. Problem fixed.

Not too sure if this 100% works reply if it did

It didn't wrk 1st time but on about the 3rd time I did it it wrked
