This is a quick and simple money hack that you can do.

1. Open up iFile
2. Open up iMob file
3. Click on Documents
4. Click on mobsters.dat
5. Open with Property List Viewer
6. Click Edit
7. Go to availableFunds

Go ahead and change it to whatever amount you want.
This hack works on the new version.
Hope it helps someone out.

yes...you can also change all of the values.
if you want to change the number of items you have, you can change the number that follows "count" towards the bottom of the file.
also, you can change your attributes along with level jumping.

Go to Cydia and search ifile and to get it free add the sinfuliphone repo
