theres a tut on the ipod hacking section, but ur ipod needs to have a serial number starting with MB...... i think

No you cannot downgrade MC's to 3.1.3 unless you have a shsh. Your best bet is either to wait or try to figure it out yourself.

You can downgrade your ipod to 2g 3.1.2 without shsh's, and use snowbreeze 1.7

Not MC models trust me I just jailbroke my friends last night. It is a lot more difficult. So you have two choices wait for the new spirit update or option 2 I'm making a walkthrough for ipod touch MC models. Trust me it takes many steps. So I am going to make an easy tutorial.
