I need help jailbreaking My iPod Touch 1G over again. All the tutorials I have seen for Jailbreaking have been for 2G or higher.

Bascially:

Restore your iPod to 3.1.2
Set up as New Device.
Run Blackra1n.

Should work.

Don't update to 4.0 because the jailbreak for that is a little messed up for windows users and has a lot of bugs for some people.

It says do you waant to backup your settings? whats your recommendation?

Back it all up and restore to 3.2.1.

Then before restoring download this -

After click restore + crlt at the same time and find that file above.

set up as new ipod then jailbreak with blackra1n.

it says it will restore it and update it to 3.1.3, what do i do?

press shift or crtl or soemthing while clicking restore to restore to the link u downloaded.

do i download it when i click restore or do i download it then go into itunes then click restore and run it?

download it, dont download it on itunes,
