Things you need
1. Your iDevice
2. A Capture Card
3. Av Video Cable for iDevices
Step one.
Get a Capture Card, If you dont already have a capture card I would recommend the EasyCAP because I found one as low as $9.

Step 2.
Get Av video cords for your Device. Heres a link of where to get it: [ame=https://www.amazon.com/Video-Cable-iPhone-Touch-Classic/dp/B002TWZWRS/ref=pd_sim_gs_e_1_5]Amazon.com: AV USB Video Cable for iPhone 3G, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPod nano, iPod, Classic, & etc.: Everything Else[/ame]. You can also find them at walmart and mostly any store that has iPods.
Step 3(optional).
If you don't like the software your Capture Card came with, here is a free program that works very well: You must login or register to view this content.
Step 4.
Plug the Av video cords into your Capture Card and in your iDevice. Then plug your capture card into your computer. Setup the Recording Program.
Step 5.
Start recording!
