(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I bought an iPhone 3G from a friend a couple of days ago because my iPhone 3G Broke. It runs slow and crashes so it has to be a hardware problem(Right lol)? I checked the Apple website and it says that the warranty is valid until August 30th. I was wondering if Apple would replace the iPhone even though I didn't buy it from a retail store. Any advice?!

if its under warrenty u shouldnt have any problems. My iphone 2g broke durin my 2 yr contract w att. My iphone was out of warrenty by over a year, n i got apple to replace my iphone free of charge =D . Take advantage of the warrenty, if they give u problems have ur friend help ya out, there shouldnt be any problems, if there r ask them to speak w a manager.or call apple support and keep askin for higher rank of management. Trust me, they dont want to give u problems,if u act nicely and politely of ur problems.

They still have alot of them! They still sell them new for under $100 last ive checked....So just take it to the apple store and if they don't take it, just make a big scene!!!

Lol, I had a 3GS (It was my baby!) but it broke and the the 3G is just running slow. I think I'll just have to take it and see what they say, or just make a huge scene. Haha
