If you don't know how to get a picture of your iPhone's screen onto NGU, here's some quick help:

1) Go to the Home Screen and take a screenshot (Power Button + Home Button)

2) Go into the Photos App, find your new picture, and tap the button at the bottom-right corner of the picture (if there aren't any buttons, tap the picture once and it'll appear.) Hit "Email Photo" and sent the email to yourself. Log into your Email from the computer and download the photo onto your Desktop, documents, wherever.
OR
2) SSH into your iPhone, and browse to var/mobile/media/DCIM/100APPLE, then find your newest photo and save it to your computer.

3) Find a place to upload the picture online (I'd recommend imageshack or photobucket).

4) Embed the image into your post (Click the Yellow Button with the mountains on it when you're posting, and copy-paste the URL of your image).

What's the name of the app that you can set your own name instead of your provider in the top left?

illumine - but some icons don't change, so i got different icons for my apps .. If some don't change, i've got quite a few i could upload for you to save and so you can change the icon.

Yeah I've been meaning to ask if you could edit a theme already made and put your own wallpapers/icons etc. If so, how do you do it?

I found a really popular theme I like, called Dulce, it has like 2600 icons haha. I tried SSHing it on, but ended up taking over an hour

im pretty sure themes don't cost anything if you're jailbroken. some might though
