I'm sure everybody has heard of JailbreakMe.com- An online jailbreak based off of a PDF exploit on the iPhone/iTouch.
This jailbreak takes advantage of the fact that PDF documents need to load all of the fonts in the document beforehand, and embeds code into one of these fonts that causes a "Stack Overflow" (of course I am no expert on this, but it would seem that this would crash your device and allow unsigned code to be injected in).
Anyways, after JailbreakMe.com was introduced, hackers found out how to use the PDF exploit for their own malicious use.
If you were to go to one of these hackers' websites (which may be disguised as anything!) and click on a link, it could use the exploit to hack into your iDevice- and steal information about your phone, location, credit cards, iTunes accounts, or anything you've ever saved onto your iDevice.
While Apple's newly released iOS 4.02 has fixed this exploit, updating to 4.02 will remove your jailbreak.

So what to do if you want to protect your device, but aren't ready to update to 4.02?
Go into Cydia and get this tweak (designed by saurik himself):
"PDF Patch (C7E-2010-...)"
Just go into Cydia and type in "PDF Patch" and download it.
It's hosted by Telesphoreo Tangelo's Repo, which usually comes included with Cydia.
This patch prevents sites from using the PDF Exploit on your iDevice.

Sorry for the long post, but I thought it was worth telling everybody =D
