LOL even holding down both buttons and blah blah what not. Even plugged in the USB. Any serious serious way to turn it on anyone? lol

You could always send the touch to a 3rd party repair site....

"doesnt turn on" - if you mean it doesnt turn on at all, don't charge etc.... then its an hardware problem.

if you get the itunes logo or a black screen - then put it into recovery mode and restore. This method works even after bricking it
