maybe your screen got disconnected?
Try taking it back to Apple they might give you a new one.

If you have it jailbroken DO NOT GIVE IT BACK TO APPLE. They will fix the screen, see you have jailbroken and your screwed.

If jailbroken, my advice is take out insurance on it, wait 14 days and say you lost it. Claim for a brand new one.

I thought if you jailbroke it didn't take the warranty off. Or is it just for iPhone 4?

Jailbreaking is legal in the US but not in the UK. Also although jailbreaking is legal the downloading of cracked apps/games/etc is still illegal.

As I understand it, jailbreaking removes your warranty wether it is legal or not. Someone correct me if I got that wrong please:bro:

Try to sync it in your computer so it becomes unjailbroken..then return it. Or do as Garf said. Also, I do believe you are right Garf.

Jailbreaking is legal in UK, its just what you do with it after thats illegal

Also, it voids the warranty - but you can easily restore though itunes to remove the jailbreak

He cant restore it mate as he it wont switch on. Thanks for the UK legal info tho:y: handy to know that it is legal.
