--Okay well, I'm going to get an iPod Touch 8gb newest model, & I got a few questions to ask:
-When I buy the iPod, will 4.0.2 be pre-installed?
-Downgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.0 is risky?
-If I jailbreak my iPod via 4.0, will I be able to still visit the App store?
-Will I get to play the free apps from Cydia via WiFi? (i.e. W@W Zombies)
-In this video below v v v do you need 2 PC's? Just curious

No it's not risky to downgrade, I'm not sure it will be the latest firmware. You don't get free apps from cydia you get them from Installous. Yes you can still visit the app store. When you do jailbreak your iPod, please visit my guide You must login or register to view this content.. It will show you some of the best packages from cydia, and how to use cydia itself.

If your gunna buy the thing anyway why not wait to see if 4.0.2 is installed? It may not be, when I got my iPhone 4, 4.0.2 had been released but it came with 4.0.1
I'm not sure if its because they had absolutely no time to waste on upgrading all the phones when they were in such high demand, but yeah.
Uhm yeah your iTouch should have Wi-Fi so you should be able to play Wi-Fi games? Whether the games are cracked or not has no significance on whether they can be played online. Jailbreaking any firmware doesn't prevent you from accessing the App Store. As Infinity suggested, check his guide out as well as other Jailbreaking guides if your still in trouble.
Theres a few key ones stickied.
