Problem is the tilt is broken.

Example: The game doodle jump, were you have to tilt to move, that feature is broken. I can't tilt and its not just that. If I wanna go in landscape mode, it won't go. Simply the tilt is broken.

Please help. Help me fix and you get +rep

Also, I already did restore it twice.

I got a idea! Say you just received it as a gift, and that it was like that out of the box!

Just buy a new one, put this one in the new ones box, and return it. New iPod, got your money, and a working iPod.

I've done this with my PS3, Tritton AX Pro's, and an old camcorder. Trust me, the guys at WalMart and Best Buy are Jackasses. Say you decided you don't want it anymore, and take it back the next day with the old one in the new packaging.

It would've been so much better if you had just gotten a new iPod for 180$ anyway, on topic go to a blackmarket mall. My screen broke and I went to a black market mall and they fixed it for 50$ whereas Apple would've charged 100$+

Yeah man depending on where you live, I'm certain that there would be a 3rd party repair technician near you. Just google it
They are alot cheaper than Apple, and you don't really have any other options as its clearly a hardware problem, and your not good with that stuff as you said.
Or you could cheat your local store for a new one as TairyHestacles suggested haha.
These are really your only options unless you decide to sell.

same here my tilt is really messed up, it takes like 20+ tries to go into landscape mode.:cry:
