Also iv changed the host file adding "74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com" that to it and tried the proccess through DFU mode

Anybody else got any solutions?

Do a barrel roll!
im not 100% sure but i dont think you can go back unless you have jailbroken it in 3.13 in the past and let cydia save your info

Unless you have a previous SHSH blob on it then you cannot downgrade it. Please don't say you can. You used to be able to, but apple changed the way it worked and patched. Only option now is a saved SHSH blob on the firmware you want.

If you're going to try and jailbreak it (by downgrading to 3.3.1), it WON'T work on MC models. If you go into Settings > General > About > Model > *MC/*MB

*MC is impossible (as far as I'm aware) to jailbreak.
*MB is the easiest version/model number to jailbreak.

If you still want to downgrade, get the ipsw (search on Google or whatever) then connect your iTouch to the iTunes/computer. Go to the iTouch (in iTunes) then hold shift (for windows) and hit restore, let go of shift, and search for your firmware/ipsw. Let it install/verify with Apple. Then you're done! (PS - I downgraded my iTouch from 4.0.2 to 4.0.1 to jailbreak @JailBreakMe.com). I really don't see why you would want to downgrade though. Barely any apps work, you don't have many useful features, so upgrade to 4.0.1 and go to JailBreakMe.com (on the iTouch safari) and do NOT hit the home button until you see a message which says 'Installed Cydia' or 'Cydia installation complete' or something along those lines.

Thanks,
~Josh

Alright then. It'll probably be your model version (MC). It worked for me, I was running OS 4.0.1 (4.0 in short) and it worked fine. I don't think it's possible to do it on an MC model (they're like, a limited edition iPod, which are made purposely not to be jailbroken/tweaked with).

That's wrong. There is no need to put it into DFU mode unless you're jailbreaking it with Sn0wfire or Redsn0w. Putting it into DFU will make no difference. Plus, he HAS an MC model, MC models have officially been said by Jailbreaking companies that the MC model has been purposely built to withstand jailbreaks and tweaks. If he puts it into DFU mode, it'll corrupt his Apple OS. I've made that mistake with my previous iPods. (I've had about 8 or 9).
YOU CANNOT JAILBREAK AN IPOD TOUCH MC MODEL![/b][/u]
