1) Download DiskAid
2) Install And run DiskAid
3) Plug in Your Ipod
4) hit Media then Itunes_Controll Then Click on the Music File
5) And just Highlight the Music File and hit copy to pc from DiskAid

Or you can SSH your iPod and use iFunbox, or WinSCP, which has multiple uses.

or you can open folder options/show hidden files/open ipod folder/copy music to desktop

Or you can crack the ipod open with a hammer and simply take the music from inside.
