No not yet. Chronic Dev Team is currently working on a jailbreak for the 4G iPod Touch, iPhone 4 and the iPad.

You can jailbreak it with sn0wbreeze and redsn0w, depending on your model.

I curreently have an iPod Touch 2G MC Model, on jailbroken 4.1 FW. Happy
