So basically I have been looking for a way to make free calls with the iphone, YES it is jailbroken on FW 3.1.2 but either way I have tried skype and that dont work to make calls to regular numbers and I also tried iCall which makes you have to have an existing phone plan already to start using it...?

So after all that I am trying to find a way to make free calls to regular numbers like cell or land lines numbers from wifi only without needing to have a phone plan already. I was looking at google voice but yet again you need a phone plan from somewhere already.

YES I am cheap and it would be cool to do this from wifi only.
