Alright... How do I get money into my PayPal account? and to add it to my iPod do i just go to the site and click add to home screen?

This actually works! You must use the same e-mail address as you would use for Paypal; The money then gets sent once you download, install and open the app!

I Break The Rules.
I'm trying this out now. I will post feedback when finished.

It works. Only you get logged out every time you install an app. Is there any way to fix this, and I downloaded an app and it didn't pay. That only happened once out of four times downloading. I'm going to re download the app.
