You can jailbreak 4.1 MC models. I have a 3G 8GB MC model and I jailbroke just fine with Greenpois0n for 4.1 However, I didn't like the functions in 4.1 so I downgraded to 3.1.3.

If you can't jailbreak with Greenpois0n for whatever reason (not sure why you can't, mine was successful) then downgrade to 3.1.3 and jailbreak with Spirit JB, easiest JB ever.
