Don't listen to anyone that's ^^. The problem that we have (I have one as well) is that Apple basically took 2nd gen iTouches (only the 8gbs just fyi) and renamed them 3rd gens, so while on the inside they're 2nd, they're labelled 3rd. This lead to the anomaly that is the 8GB 2nd gen MC model. It currently can't be jailbroken unfortunately on 4.1.

well if you knew about jailbreaking then you would now that an mc model on 4.1 is jailbreakable with greenpois0n
