maybe its because you are above 3.0

It stated it needed at least 3.0 to play it and Im at 3.0. Going to try updating to 4.0 then jailbreaking and seeing if it works then.

Been trying to update my 2g thats at 3.0 with the ispw I downloaded and I CANNOT restore or update(+shift) my ipod without getting an error. Any ideas, like maybe I need a newer itunes version?

isnt this because you downaloded this app for free then used appsync to your itunes, now putting back onto your ipod theres an IPA issue

Well anyways it doesnt matter as Im running the newest itunes(just updated last night).So well iTunes is being a complete beech! Wont let me restore or update from 3.0 to 4.0

So I cannot restore+shift to 4.0 or update+shift to 4.0 as when it gets ready to install the FW and the 2nd time where it verifies it with iTunes or apple whatever I get an error, trying both methods many many times.

ah thats bad wat u mean by shift here?

Clicking the shift button when you go to click update or restore so I can choose the ipsw file that I want to load onto my touch. And yes Im positive that its the correct file.
