When I got it, it wasn't charge, so I charge it. And when I turn it on , it says "Connect to your computer. Use iTunes to Restore." So I connected it to iTunes and looked for it, but it didn't show up. My computer made the noise when you connected a device and on the iPod it said "Do not Disconnect". Any Ideas on why it doing that, or how to fix it? And Why it does that? I can't even restore it. I might go to the Apple store later to see if they can fix it.


I did try to hold the MENU and the Middle Button to get it to restore but it still didn't find it.

Your ipod isnt the problem, the problem is ur computer. Try reinstalling itunes, the drivers have some bugs especially in older versions.

I have the newest version of iTunes. I just install Windows 7 and installed iTunes. Nothing worked
