You have to restore it even after you restored it? What did you use to jailbreak (*cough* Blakcra1n?*cough*) and what OS is it on? How did you "unjailbreak" it by the way?

Seems strange, looks like you'll have to send it in, or just not turn it off. Like me, havent turned it off since I have gotten it, except for when it freezes sometimes.

This happened to me on my iPod Nano. I had to send it in to Apple to get repaired. I got my for free because they said it was a factory error. I'd call them and see what they say though. And, DO NOT tell them that you jailbroke it.

He already has.

Best bet, send it to Apple. Make sure you DON'T mention that you jailbroke it. If they ask you if you did, say something like,"Wut dats? lulz" Pretend you don't know. They CAN still infact tell if you have jailbroken it, but the chances are slim that they'll check to see if you did.

Sound like you did a tethered jailbreak that wants rejailbroken everytime you power it off. Try jailbreaking it again and see if the problem still occurs. Apple installed Jailbreak detection software in there recent firmwares so they will be able to tell if you jailbroke it previously.

I used Greenp0sin when my film ware was 4.2 now it;s 4.2.1

i restored it like 3times, so it shouldn't try to re jailbreak itself.

Since his ipod has been fixed, I see no reason for this to be open anymore.
