Nope. Not with the law anyway. Jailbreaking's legal. And if you're worried about the warranty then it's ok, because restoring with iTunes deletes the jailbreak, and Apple can't trace that
I think you can, but it isn't supported by Bootlace, plus you need a linux OS and a lot of time to do it, but I will add the section when I update it next. TBH the whole jailbreak package needs remaking because it isn't working
