I just started using this method, now that I've lost my sync cable :p. Using this, you'll be able to sync almost anything from iTunes to your iDevice wirelessly.
A little bit of information about this wonderful method:
Wi-Fi Sync enables wireless syncing with iTunes at the touch of a button. Never go looking for that USB cable again. Sync from the car, bed or shed whenever it suits you.
Available now on the Cydia Store for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. You won't find it on the App Store. The app costs $9.99.

Tutorial:
1. First off, you're going to want to install Installous. This can be downloaded from Cydia, on your Jailbroken device.
2. Once Installous is installed, open it up and search for an app called "Wi-Fi Sync". Then, find the download you would like to get. I prefer the newest one, and look for the file uploaded to Mediafire because mediafire is only one click, and you're downloading. When you start downloading, make sure you don't exit out of Installous.
3. When you get the pop-up message saying it's done downloading, go over to "Downloads" on the bottom. Then click on the Wi-Fi sync app. It should bring up to you a list of options, and the first one should be install. Install it, and then exit out of Installous.
4. Open up the Wi-Fi sync app on your iPod and then on open iTunes. If its your first time using these apps, then you'll recive pop-up messages on both your iDevice and Computer.
5. After you confirm the both of them, you're ready to go! You can now sync anything from iTunes, to your iDevice wireless!
