I have posted before and got nonsence that led nowhere. So if there is thread about this that i missed i would love it if you could redirect me. Or if i cant get to 4.0 at all just let me know. I am now on the modded version of 3.1.3 thats like 4.0 but i want an app that requires a 4.0 IOS just for the Multitasking .. and i have that i just want my iPhone to be recognized as being on 4.0 so i can download apps that require 4.0 IOS

There are apps i wan that only works on iOS 4.0 or higher.
