Is this the first time your opening cydia ? if so then please wait till it's done reloading. Else just open cydia en cancel updates ;p

you need to restore your ipod because when you jailbroke it in the first place you must have not installed cyia right and it isnt covering up apples permissions completely so your ipod is refusing to open cydia cuz it iznt on your allowed list
sorry but its the only way
