go to >X86 32bit Windows, C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

X64 64bit Windows, varies slightly so open explorer
or internet explorer, my computer
etc and type;
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
into the address bar and you will
be brought to it.
open hosts with notepad and delete the row which include apple.something then try restore again your iphone!

Doesnt have anything with apple in the hosts file.. :L
