NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); When i try to sync my apps it says backing up and when thats done it says deleting all my apps anyway to stop this?

If you are trying to sync cracked apps from a jailbroken Ipod Touch then thats your problem.
