umm yea my favourite has to be SBS settings and Multitasking. it just makes things so much easier. list of other also good Apps/Tweaks/themes:

My new favorite tweak is iwhiteboard from the bigboss repo... Let's u draw on ur iPhone screen whenever u want... just by shaking it....
