This is a list I vote for the best apps from Cydia. I am also going to list sources so you can get these apps free.
1.) Installous (Source For Cracked Apps)
2.) SB Settings (Easy Settings Menu for SB)
3.) Wi-Fi Sync (Sync iPod Wirelessly)
4.) MyWi (only for iPhone)
5.) Barrel (Switches SB Pages looking sexy)
6.) iFile (Change iPod Strings)
7.) vWallpaper (Animated Wallpapers)
8.) qTweeter (Swipe Status Bar to change Facebook/Twitter Status)
9.) iconoclasm (Customize columns and rows for SB)
10.) iClassic (Gives the classic feel of an original iPod)

i like the "Dock" tweak (multitasking)...i got the ones mentioned above, and also categories, categories sb, androidlock xt, action menu plus, gridlock, gridtab for safari, icon renamer, infinidock, ipicmycontacts, lockdown pro (with sbsettings toggle), sleep fx, syncronicity, speed intensifier, volume booster, and a few others
