Im doing everything it says to do, I have tried putting it into DFU, while its off, and while its on.

Greenpois0n notices its in DFU and i click jailbreak, sometimes the green bar goes across, sometimes it doesn't.
The iphone also turns on when i click jailbreak, but nothing happens.

I jailbroke it on 4.1 (worked first time) then restored it and updated, but I don't understand why its not working this time.

if someone knows how to sort this out, or any ideas on whats wrong can you please quote me.

I have tried RC 6, i tried RC 5

i downloaded the one on off the actually green poison site too, no luck

does it say jailbreak failed on the GP screen or does it say successful

if it says successful then you just need to leave the iPhone for a while then alot of stuff should appear on the screen

Can you not use jailbreakme.com on the iphone 4? Sorry, its just that iv got the 3gs and thats what i used and it works perfect but iv never tried it on the iphone 4

And no you can't with the iphone 4

You cant use jailbreakme.com on anything higher than 4.0.1 only that and yes i does work an iPhone 4 but only for 4.0.1


Try using redsn0w instead only problem with that is that you need to download the IPSW

Try restoring..then run GP on Windows XP mode.
