I've had my jailbroken iPhone 4 on Greenpoison RC6 for awhile now and I have got most of the good apps and tweaks you can get from cydia, below are the ones I use most or my favourites-

Installous 4- If you dont have this your a newb :p It lets you get pretty much any app that is in the app store for free.

Winterboard- Allows you to change themes on your iPhone

vWallpaper- This is one of my favourites, It lets you put a moving wallpaper on your iphone, for ex, the Matrix numbers or the ps3 theme, I recommend getting this one

iFile- This app lets you go into all of the files saved onto your iphone and all of your app files and modify them freely, you can basically change most thing ony our ihpne and in apps.

FREEdi Youtube Downloader- This is probably my most favourite app, There are a lot of other apps like this but I find this one works best. It lets you download any youtube video you want and have it saved on to your iphone.

Bytafont- Lets you change the font used on your iPhone springboard

(Emulators) NES A.D.X+, GBC A.D.X+, GENESIS A.D.X+ and gpSphone- These are the 4 best emulators your can get on your iphone, my personal favourite is gpSphone but all of them work great!

Red Button- This app doesn't do anything or help you in any way at all, its just fun . Download it off cydia and press the button, once you do the Rick Astley rick roll'd song will start playing xD it's fun to do to your friends!
