no idea this has never happened to me but i would suggest unplugging the iPhone and putting it into DFU mode (hold power button for 3 seconds, then while still holding the power button press the home button and hold this for 15 seconds and then while still holding the home button release the power button and hold it like this for about 30 seconds) and then restore the iPhone while like this
