Do you guys know any other ways to jailbrake my ipod? I have the 4.2.1 update so if you guys know any other ones. My friend uses RedSn0w but its only for the MB models, mine is MC and he says it won't work.

i can't find any tut's but it works the same as just about every other JB and it explains the steps clearly

thats pretty weird have tried switching the cables or charge block

try changing your usb cord; make sure it's not loose or anything...i had this problem with my older itouch...i found out that wiggling the cord where it's plugged in to the itouch fixed it. have you tried changing the location of where you plugged it in?
