have you tried restoring and jailbreaking it again?

Well, it is quite simple just re-jailbreak with greenpois0n, I know it might sound stupid, but it re-writes in the Cydia Files and therefore fixing this crash issue. Trust me when I was tethered and I just re-jailbroke to a un-tethered jailbreak it worked like brand new, I hope this helped.
