Well you can install App Sync for iOS 4.x.x which comes from the Hackulo.us repo on Cydia. If you want more deatailed instructions I'm happy to help.

make sure you have App sync on your iPod and browse to You must login or register to view this content. and search and download your app from there once that is done drag the file you downloaded into iTunes and sync your device
