I heard that the next jailbreak is coming for 4.31 :-)

YES there is a tethered jailbreak out. Sn0wbreeze 2.3b, remember this is a beta. DO NOT UPGRADE if YOU DONT NEED TO! ALSO IF YOU NEED AN UNLOCK STAY AWAY FROM THIS.

Stay on 4.3, and theres no way (yet) to upgrade and jailbreak so dont

There is a jailbreak for 4.3, but its tethered and very glitchy, works for some, bu doesnt for others. Some apps work whilst others dont.
I would suggest just waiting, its gonna be coming out wither this weekend or the next.
Wait for an offical update from either Greenpois0n or Redsno0w.
