Off Topic: Thank You to Everyone who has "Thanked" my post.. I really appreciate it! I'll keep posting Jailbreak news as soon as I see it!
. O, and to the one of you who gave me a "Groan". Go to :evil: u troll I'm just trying to helpNote:If while updating to Cydia 1.1.0 your installer gets stuck on "Downloading Packages". That is not a problem... By that point Cydia will already have been installed.. Just reboot ur device and You ready to Go!
Cydia 1.1 was just released about 9 AM Eastern Time about an hour before this thread was posted...
To download
Go into cydia.. Let it reload packages.. (note it seems to take alittle longer then usual).. Next u should get a message an essential upgrade is available.. Hit Update All.. Let it load then BOOM u got the new cydia!
Remember a Thxs is all appreciated!
If u don't want 2 thank me.. An I love u is all welcome instead. ..

One question, so you say once it's reached downloading packages it should already be installed, but the progress wheel is still spinning, doesn't that indicate it's still going? - Thank's for the heads up though

It's just Reloading all of the packages and sources... If any of the sources hav even 1 package corrupt it will cause it 2 freeze at that point... Rebooting does no harm..
