M8 try to connect to wifi for the youtube problem and for the mms go to the pic or video on ur photo gallery and press the little icon on ur left and options will go up, just hit the one that says "MMS"

Copy a picture from photos, and paste it in a message. Send & it's done.

Add this repo to Cydia:

    https://pushfix.info

(should still work)

And use their Youtube fix to access Youtube again.
