Try unplugging ur pc frOm wall or get a new cable

When you have your iPod plugged into the computer, click your device name on the left side.

You should be under the 'Summary' tab. Scroll down to 'Options' and there's six little boxes you can check off.

Choose either "Sync only checked songs and videos" or "Manually manage music and videos".

Then beside summary you should see an 'Apps' tab and a 'Music' tab. Click these (one at a time) and you should see 'Sync Apps' and 'Sync Music'. Check these off and it should work. Please note that all your music will most likely get deleted from your iPod if you are syncing for the 'first' time.

i think i got it. lol i had to transfer the new apps to my pc and than Sync them back.. ?!? lol and music, i had to make a new playlist... sucks
